Our Hebridean sheep are slow grown the natural way on the rough grazing of Orkney’s West Mainland. This unique environment, combined with the breed’s hardy nature, produces lean, tender, and deeply flavourful meat.

We offer seasonal meat boxes of hogget (18–24 months) and mutton (24+ months), packed with a variety of cuts and prepared with care. From pasture to plate, we ensure quality, freshness, and respect for the animals.

How We Prepare Your Meat Box

Animal welfare is at the heart of what we do and we never sell our Hebridean sheep through auction. Instead, we transport them ourselves in our own trailer to the nearest abattoir, which is currently in Dingwall, keeping stress to a minimum.

Once processed, the carcasses return to Orkney to be expertly butchered and packed by E Flett Ltd in Stromness. We then assemble each meat box here on the farm, adding the finishing touches before it’s ready for collection.
