Creative Workshops in Orkney
At Hackland Wool Shed, the doors are now open to a new series of creative workshops designed to spark imagination and celebrate traditional skills. From wool felting to peg loom weaving, each workshop is a chance to slow down, connect with your creativity, and enjoy the natural materials that surround us.
Wet Felting and Peg Loom Weaving Workshops
In these hands-on workshops, you will work in a small group with detailed guidance from myself to create your own wet felted or peg loom woven item. If you are a beginner or already advanced, all materials and tools are provided, and you will take your finished piece home at the end of the session.
Light refreshments, including coffee, tea, water, and biscuits, will be available to enjoy during the break. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments if you wish. Please have a read of the important information before you book.
If you are already a small group of maximum 6 people, I am happy to organise a “closed” workshop for you. Please get in touch via email info@hacklandwoolshed.co.uk or on Messenger to discuss your requirements.
